Let your eye travel across an imaginary world where galleons sail past curling sea serpents and ancient castles dot the coastlines.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

A repeating pattern of circular maps creates a window into a fantastical past, rendered in the style of antique cartography. The design features detailed drawings of multi-masted sailing ships navigating waters inhabited by mythical sea creatures, including a kraken and a great serpent. Land masses are illustrated with mountains, forests, and fortified cities, all set against a textured, parchment-coloured background with compass roses and celestial diagrams completing the historic feel.

The mural’s warm, earthy tones of brown and parchment provide a sophisticated and intriguing backdrop for a study, library, or living room. Its detailed design invites closer inspection, making it an excellent feature wall behind a sofa or in an alcove to inspire a sense of history and adventure.
