Standard ceramic tile murals are made and dispatched within 7–10 working days. Glass tiles please allow 10–15 days. Express dispatch (UK only) aims for 2–4 working days — contact us to arrange this. We will always email you if your order is delayed.

Because every order is custom made to your specification, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Returns are not accepted without prior approval — please contact us before sending anything back. Tiles must be returned in their original, undamaged condition within 10 days of receipt, shipped insured to their retail value.

We currently ship within the UK. For EU orders please email us at [email protected] for delivery times and costs. We are happy to discuss international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

If your tiles arrive damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving them. We will remake and reship your tiles at our expense. Please keep all damaged items and original packaging as we will need them for the courier’s inspection and insurance claim.
