1. Who we are

Tile Mural Store is a trading brand of Unique Tiles Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07873132) and registered for UK VAT. Our registered office and production facility is in North Perrott, Somerset, TA18 7ST. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Unique Tiles Ltd trading as Tile Mural Store.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through tilemuralstore.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

3. Our products

Our tile murals and decorative tiles are made to order. Each tile is custom-printed and kiln fired to your selected design, size and finish at the point you order. Because our products are produced individually for you, they are classed as bespoke, made to order goods.

Ceramic and porcelain are natural, fired materials. Slight variation in colour, tone, glaze and texture is inherent to the process and between production batches. On-screen colours are a guide only and may differ from the finished fired tile. These characteristics are not faults.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before production begins, in which case we refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and VAT

All prices shown include UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. UK delivery is charged at a flat rate; orders above £299 qualify for free UK delivery. International delivery is quoted individually — please contact us before ordering from outside the UK.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.

7. Production and delivery

We begin production once your order and payment are confirmed. Estimated production and dispatch times are indicative, not guaranteed. We deliver to UK addresses; deliveries outside the UK are arranged individually by quotation.

8. Your right to cancel — bespoke goods

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or are clearly personalised (regulation 28(1)(b)). Our tiles are custom-printed and produced individually to your order, so this exemption applies and orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind once production has begun.

If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started we will cancel and refund your order in full. Once production has begun we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind. This does not affect your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described — see section 9.

9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by these terms. If your tiles arrive damaged, are faulty, or do not match your order, we will repair, replace or refund them.

Ceramic is fragile. Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If goods are damaged in transit, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the damage and the packaging, and retain all packaging. Please see our Returns policy for the full process.

10. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for installation costs, third-party fitting, or losses arising from incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by you. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Tiles are supplied for installation by a competent person; we are not responsible for the results of installation we do not carry out.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Unique Tiles Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact
