Made to Order
Every tile mural is printed and kiln fired specifically for your order. Please allow 5–10 working days for production before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order enters production and a tracking email when it ships.
UK Delivery
We deliver throughout mainland UK by tracked courier.

- Free delivery on orders over £299
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer and may carry a surcharge — this is calculated at checkout.
Packaging
Ceramic tiles are fragile, so every mural is packed in protective, foam-lined cartons designed specifically for tile transport. Each tile is individually wrapped and cushioned, and the mural is clearly numbered on the reverse for straightforward installation.
On Arrival
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If any tiles are damaged in transit, report it to us within 48 hours with photographs of the tiles and packaging, and we will replace the affected tiles free of charge. Do not install damaged tiles.
