The composition centres on a ceramic bowl brimming with tomatoes, yellow lemons, and dark grapes. To the right, a terracotta jug stands beside a wicker basket filled with artichokes, while a copper saucepan rests on the wooden tabletop. The scene is set against a sun-drenched, textured wall in shades of ochre and cream, casting soft shadows that give the painting depth and warmth.
Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on porcelain tiles in your choice of three sizes (10cm, 15cm or 20cm) and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
The mural’s earthy palette and culinary subject matter are well-suited for a kitchen, particularly as a splashback behind a hob or sink. Its terracotta and wood tones harmonise with natural materials like stone worktops or timber cabinets to enhance a country-style interior.
