The central figure is a large brown trout, its skin a mix of golden-yellow and olive green, detailed with dark spots and a few red flecks. It swims through a dense underwater garden populated with colourful corals in shades of orange, blue, and pink, alongside various sea anemones and sponges. Sunbeams penetrate the turquoise water from above, illuminating the scene and casting light on smaller tropical fish, including butterflyfish and a blue tang.
A large brown trout glides through a sun-dappled coral reef, an unexpected visitor amongst the tropical fish and anemones.
Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
The cool blue tones and aquatic subject matter make this mural a natural fit for a bathroom feature wall, perhaps behind a freestanding bath or within a shower enclosure. The bright pops of coral pink, orange, and yellow offer excellent accent colours to use for towels and accessories, unifying the room’s design scheme.
