An open window reveals a sun-drenched Tuscan landscape beyond a table laden with fresh produce and crusty bread.
Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on porcelain tiles in your choice of three sizes (10cm, 15cm or 20cm) and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
A bountiful display of Mediterranean ingredients fills this rustic kitchen scene, arranged across wooden tables and shelves against a warm terracotta wall. Bowls overflow with ripe red tomatoes, green grapes, and bright yellow lemons, while branches of dark olives sit in earthenware pitchers beside fresh artichokes. Braids of garlic hang near copper pots and freshly baked bread, and the soft, illustrative style imparts a gentle, sun-warmed glow to the entire composition.
The mural’s warm terracotta and ochre tones make it an excellent feature behind a hob or along a splashback, where it can complement natural wood or stone worktops. Its depiction of a classic country larder brings an inviting, homely character to the hub of the home, harmonising with both traditional and farmhouse-style kitchens.
