Fall Preview – Tile Mural

A brightly coloured rooster, painted on a ceramic plate, sits behind a large orange pumpkin in a well-stocked larder.

Wooden shelves display a bountiful collection of rustic earthenware and fresh produce. Large pumpkins are surrounded by bowls of artichokes, figs, and grapes, while baskets hold ripe pomegranates. Bunches of dried chillies, garlic, and herbs hang from the wall, interspersed with olive branches in green glazed jugs. The composition is layered and rich, suggesting the abundance of a country harvest.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The warm terracotta and olive green palette makes this mural an excellent feature behind a hob or over a kitchen worktop. Its traditional, rustic mood complements country-style or farmhouse kitchens, introducing the warmth of a Mediterranean pantry.
