Brown Hare Study No. 8 – Tile Mural

A brown hare sits alert amongst wild ferns and flowers, its gaze fixed on the rolling hills beyond.

The central figure is a detailed brown hare, nestled in a dense foreground of green and rust-coloured ferns, Queen Anne’s lace, and other wildflowers. This lush vegetation gives way to a golden meadow that sweeps up into rolling green and brown hills under a dramatic, cloudy sky tinged with the warm light of a low sun. The overall palette is a rich blend of earthy tones, creating a tranquil, rustic atmosphere reminiscent of the British countryside.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
