Coconut Palm 1 – Tile Mural

A tall palm tree rises through a sun-drenched tropical haze, its fronds arching over a jungle floor teeming with life.

The composition centres on a coconut palm set against a soft, yellow-lit sky. In the foreground, a dense undergrowth of tropical plants flourishes, including vibrant pink and yellow orchids clinging to branches, clusters of pink hibiscus, and spiky bromeliads in shades of red, pink, and yellow. Broad-leafed plants and delicate ferns fill the space, creating layers of rich green that convey a warm, humid atmosphere.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The mural’s verdant, humid theme is particularly suited to a bathroom, where it can fashion a spa-like sanctuary. Its palette of greens and warm pinks offers a basis for coordinating accessories, enhancing the room’s tranquil and immersive quality.
