Royal Palm – Tile Mural

A tall palm tree stands at the centre of a dense, flowering jungle, its fronds reaching across the top of the scene.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

Vibrant hibiscus in shades of red, pink, and yellow bloom alongside clusters of bougainvillea and exotic birds of paradise. Orchids in white, yellow, and purple cling to gnarled tree trunks, adding layers of detail to the composition. The lush greenery, from broad banana leaves to the fine fronds of the palm, is painted in varying shades of green, creating a rich tapestry of foliage under a soft, hazy sky.

This mural’s humid, verdant atmosphere makes it an excellent feature wall in a bathroom, transforming the space into a private, spa-like retreat. The diverse palette of greens, accented with bright floral colours, pairs well with both natural materials like wood and stone, or with crisp white sanitaryware.
