Conch 1 – Accent Tile

Light streams down from the water’s surface, illuminating a large conch shell resting on the seabed.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

A circular window into an underwater world reveals a detailed seabed. A large conch shell, shaded with blue and yellow, sits centrally amongst colourful corals, including orange branching varieties and yellow tube sponges. Small tropical fish swim through the scene, while a bright sea anemone and green seaweed add texture and life to the ocean floor. The watercolour style gives the scene a soft, gentle quality, with light rays filtering through the clear blue water from above.

The mural’s aquatic theme and serene blue tones make it a natural fit for a bathroom, perhaps as a feature behind a bath or in a shower enclosure. Its palette of soft blues, accented with warm orange and yellow, coordinates easily with neutral bathroom suites and coastal-inspired decor.
