A terracotta vase filled with flame-coloured parrot tulips forms the centrepiece of a bountiful kitchen table.
Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on porcelain tiles in your choice of three sizes (10cm, 15cm or 20cm) and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
This still life composition is arranged on a wooden table against a rustic stone wall. The central vase, decorated with dragons and an olive branch, is surrounded by fresh produce including artichokes, ripe tomatoes, lemons, and bunches of grapes. To the rear, bottles of olive oil stand on a countertop, while a window offers a view of a rolling, sunlit landscape with cypress trees. The scene is completed by hanging copper pans and braids of garlic, all rendered in a warm, rich colour palette.
The mural’s earthy tones of terracotta, gold, and warm reds will complement wooden or cream coloured kitchen cabinetry. Installed as a splashback, it provides a characterful focal point above a hob or range cooker, introducing a homely, Mediterranean atmosphere.
