Mountain Landscape No. 30 – Tile Mural

This mural’s expansive view and natural palette offer a grand feature for a living room or a spacious hallway. The earthy tones of the hills and the soft purples of the heather coordinate well with wood furnishings and neutral colour schemes. Its deep perspective can also visually enlarge a space, introducing an atmosphere of tranquil openness.

A shepherd and his flock follow a winding path through the heather-clad hills of a vast mountain glen.

The foreground is rich with the deep purples and greens of wild heather and grasses, bordering a rustic stone path. This track leads the eye towards a shepherd guiding his sheep, flanked by a meandering dry stone wall that draws the landscape together. In the distance, a wide valley opens up with a silvery river snaking through it, all under the watch of majestic mountains whose peaks are softened by low-lying clouds.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
