Scallop – Tile Mural

Sunlight filters through turquoise water, illuminating a lively coral reef where parrotfish and clownfish swim amongst the anemones.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

An underwater panorama unfolds with clusters of vibrant coral in shades of orange, pink, yellow, and deep purple. Schools of familiar clownfish shelter near sea anemones, while blue tangs and multicoloured parrotfish navigate the reef, which is punctuated by large, elegant scallop shells. The clear, turquoise water is patterned with caustic light reflections from the surface, giving the whole scene a bright and active atmosphere.

The bright blues and aquatic theme of this mural make it an excellent choice for a family bathroom or en-suite. Its repeating pattern allows for flexible sizing on a feature wall, and the palette of warm oranges and cool greens can be coordinated with a wide range of tile and accessory colours.
