Callas with Cockscomb – Tile Mural

A generous terracotta pitcher holds an arrangement of white calla lilies and velvety red cockscomb flowers. On the wooden counter below, bowls are filled with ripe tomatoes, green olives, and purple grapes, alongside fresh artichokes and bottles of golden olive oil. In the background, a string of garlic hangs near a collection of gleaming copper pans, all set against a warm, plaster-effect wall that suggests a traditional Mediterranean pantry.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The mural’s warm palette of terracotta, olive green, and deep red complements country-style or traditional kitchen cabinetry particularly well. Installed as a splashback above a hob or sink, it introduces an inviting, culinary-themed focal point to the heart of the home.
