Cutthroat Trout – Accent Tile

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

A large trout with an open mouth is the central focus, rendered with bold lines and a colourful palette. Its body is a mix of deep green and orange, dotted with dark spots, while its gills are a vivid red. The fish is framed by an imaginative underwater garden of corals and anemones in bright blues, yellows, and purples. Beams of light descend from the water’s surface above, and small bubbles drift upwards, completing the aquatic scene.

With its cool blue background and aquatic theme, this mural is well-suited for a bathroom feature wall, perhaps behind a bath or in a walk-in shower. The bright pops of yellow, orange, and purple from the fish and flora introduce cheerful accents that can complement bathroom accessories.
