Escape – Tile Mural

The mural’s peaceful mood and soft, warm palette make it an excellent feature wall in a bathroom, promoting a relaxing atmosphere. Its coastal theme and gentle colours coordinate well with natural materials like wood or stone, and neutral tile schemes.

An impressionistic oil painting captures a tranquil seaside bay at dawn or dusk. The low sun casts a warm, creamy glow across the sky and water, reflecting in a shimmering path towards the viewer. In the midground, three simple wooden boats are moored near a sandy shore, while misty cliffs fade into the background. The foreground is rendered with expressive brushstrokes, depicting a rustic, earthy bank with sparse coastal foliage in tones of ochre and deep blue.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
