Parrots – Tile Mural

A curious parrot perches amongst a bountiful display of Mediterranean produce on rustic wooden shelves.

Wooden shelves are laden with the rich bounty of a Mediterranean harvest. Bowls of ripe tomatoes and artichokes sit alongside potted olive and rosemary plants, while fresh lemons, grapes, and walnuts are scattered below. A brightly coloured parrot observes the scene from its perch, all rendered in a warm, painterly style with a golden, sun-drenched light.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The mural’s depiction of fresh ingredients and its warm, earthy palette make it an ideal feature wall or splashback in a kitchen. Its terracotta, green, and golden yellow tones would harmonise well with natural wood cabinetry or cream coloured units, introducing a rustic, continental warmth to the space.
