Pheasant Study No. 8 – Accent Tile

The neutral, earthy palette and rustic theme of this mural make it an excellent feature for a country-style kitchen or a welcoming hallway. A male pheasant is rendered in soft watercolour tones, its intricate plumage detailed in shades of rich russet, earthy brown, and iridescent teal. The bird stands proudly amongst stylised, pale brown botanicals and swirling vines against a clean, off-white background. The direct gaze of the pheasant and the whimsical addition of a tiny green cap give the composition a gentle, playful character.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
