Seashell Square 5 – Accent Tile

A nautilus with a watchful eye gazes out from its intricately patterned shell, surrounded by undersea flora.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The central subject is a stylised nautilus shell, rendered in bold blues, warm corals, and sunny yellows. Its surface is a tapestry of patterns, from delicate dots to sweeping curves, while a prominent blue eye forms the focal point. The creature is nestled amongst green seaweed and pinkish coral against a serene aqua backdrop, with subtle light rays filtering down from above and caustic patterns on the seabed below.

The aquatic theme and cool blue palette make this mural a natural fit for a bathroom, especially as a feature wall in a shower enclosure or behind a freestanding bath.
