Streets of Venice II – Tile Mural

Gondolas drift along the Grand Canal as the setting sun casts a warm glow over the iconic domes of Venice.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.

The view from a high vantage point looks down upon the bustling waterways and historic architecture of the Italian city. In the distance, the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute stands against a soft, hazy sky, while closer terracotta-roofed buildings line the canals. The low sun illuminates the scene with golden light, creating long, shimmering reflections on the turquoise water.
