Badger Study No. 18 – Tile Mural

The mural’s cool palette of deep greens and blues provides a calming influence, well-suited for a living room or a quiet study. Installed as a feature wall, its detailed, storybook quality offers a peaceful backdrop behind a sofa or within a reading nook.

The central figure is a large European badger, its coarse, grizzled fur detailed as it moves through the undergrowth. A dense woodland floor is depicted with lush green ferns, moss covered rocks, and vibrant clusters of bluebells. In the background, the forest opens up to a clearing under a twilight sky, lit by a soft, full moon that casts a gentle glow on the scene.

Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes — 10cm, 15cm or 20cm — and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
