A brown hare pauses amongst the wild blackberries and ferns as dusk begins to fall over the hedgerow.
The central figure is a brown hare, rendered in fine detail, set within a dense thicket of autumnal plants. Thorny brambles heavy with red and purple blackberries weave throughout the scene, interspersed with delicate Queen Anne’s Lace, golden ferns, and small blue flowers. The colour palette combines deep forest greens with the earthy browns and rusts of turning leaves, all set against a twilight sky in the upper tiles.
The mural’s rich, earthy tones and tranquil wildlife subject bring a comforting, rustic warmth to a living room, especially above a mantelpiece or on a feature wall. Its deep greens and browns would complement natural wood furniture and soft, textured fabrics, establishing a cosy, nature-inspired retreat.
Every mural is printed and kiln fired to order in Somerset, England, on ceramic tiles in your choice of three sizes โ 10cm, 15cm or 20cm โ and two finishes, Gloss or Matt. Colours are fired into the glaze, so the design is permanent, scratch resistant and completely waterproof, making it suitable for kitchen splashbacks, bathrooms and showers.
